Terms of Sale

These terms apply to goods bought through this website, such as the purfling marker. The seller is Betwixt Limited, trading as Chelli Strings, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10573596), registered office Mandage House, Westerton, Chichester, PO18 0PG. Prices and Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Betwixt Limited is not VAT registered, so no UK VAT is charged. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of order.

Delivery

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked, within 2 working days. For delivery to the European countries and the United States listed on the product page, import VAT and duty are included in the shipping price and paid in advance, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For other destinations, any import taxes, duties or fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancellations and Returns

If you are buying as a consumer, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell me by email, then return the item unused within 14 days. You pay the cost of returning it. I will refund the price and the standard outbound postage within 14 days of receiving the item back. Import VAT and duty already paid to another country cannot be refunded by me, and the €3 EU customs duty is not refundable at all.

Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact me and I will repair, replace or refund it, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
